i need help sepperating discord audio from the desktop audio if i can.

Hi. as the title says Id like to know if its possible to have Desktop audio not include discord, and if so. how do i do this? i would like to use the audio capture thing to have discord on another track without having to seperate everything.

1. Open Discord.

2. If you want the Desktop Audio to not include Discord, you'll first have to tell Discord itself to output its audio somewhere else. Even if it's to headphones, for instance.

3. From there, you can pick up Discord's audio by clicking on this + sign (Add Source) in OBS and then choosing "Application Audio Capture".

4. Set that option to your Discord window and you should be good to go.

Thats how i have my discord set up already, its going through my headphones. But discord is still picked up through the desktop audio volume
